Esperance Little Units 1

Great little base for exploring Esperance Positive: Spotless, roomy unit with comfy beds and all the basics covered — soap, shampoo, clean linen and towels. Quiet spot too, which made for a great night's sleep. Walking distance to town and just a stone's throw from the beach, so easy to get around without a car. Reverse cycle air con was a nice surprise when temps dropped one night. Check-in was smooth and easy. Would happily stay here again.

Comfortable. Positive: Situated very close to the heart of the city, allowing easy access to vibrant city life and proximity to major attractions. Negative: The only unit doesn’t have wifi which very annoying. Leftover residue on pans that feels sticky or oily to the touch. Also, it was incredibly frustrating to find a BBQ in that state, especially when you’ve already bought your food and are ready to cook. Carbonised remains, rust, and a sticky residue are not just unappealing

Positive: The location was good. Negative: Considering the presentation ( a bit rundown) and cleanliness (basics done but it's apparent that no one really cares about it), it was overpriced.

No host as such. Clean, good amenities. Handy. Staff at real estate agency very helpful as were the staff at the local I site in town.
