Esperance Waterfront Apartment

Loved the view and central location of this apartment. Positive: The location of this apartment was outstanding. Opposite the beach with a great walk to the jetty. Off street parking allowed us to get in/out of the car in the really bad weather we had. The kitchen and facilities were great. The place was clean and nice and warm for our stay. Instructions for key code and location of premises was very easy to follow and sent before our stay. Negative: Th shower did not have a shelf to put toiletries on, nor did it have a shower curtain or door to stop the water from running all over the floor. Therefore it must be called a wet room instead. The traffic noise early in the morning was a little noisy.

Comfortable and very enjoyable. Positive: Location was stunning, with bay ocean and Island views. Negative: Bedside table instead of a table.

Disappointing, has potential, needs attention Positive: Great Location, great views, has potential Negative: Heavily stained blanket, looked like faeces, mattress underlay stained & quilt stained, kettle needs replacing was scaly & rusty, boiled water on stovetop in pot, cobwebs in bathroom, dirty iron base stuck to clothes when ironing, no foam underlay on ironing board, just a thin cotton cover so ironing practically on metal grate, was not going to give a public review as thought it better to contact leasing agent by email to tell them concerns personally, did so and did not get a reply.

Generally everything went well. A few annoying little bits like couldn’t start the bbq and now dust pan and brush.
