Esperance Bay Retreat

Positive: The property has five bedrooms with enough beds, which is great. However, it would be ideal if there were three bathrooms, as that would make it more comfortable for larger groups or families. It would also be great to have a dryer available in the house for added convenience. Negative: I am writing to request a refund for one day of our stay, as both the fridge and hot water were not working during that time.Because the fridge was not functioning, we had to throw out our food. In addition, the lack of hot water caused us to cancel our plans until the issue was fixed. This caused significant inconvenience during our stay. I would appreciate it if you could arrange a refund to compensate for the day affected. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.
