We like the location and the size of the property Positive: It is specious clean and good location Negative: The property needs a good maintenance on electrical and plumbing. We couldn’t watch the TV and the gas heater was not working and a leak in bedroom ceiling

Positive: Lots of space and easily accommodated our 2 families. Great location.

Positive: This was perfect for us. We had a family gathering in Esperance, and being able to have room for us to stay together was perfect. Lots of rooms and space, perfect for large families.

very spacious, but basic Positive: Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Basic, but it had everything you needed. Negative: When paying nearly $500 per night, I would not expect the following: - Toilet paper lasted 1 1/2 days - Insufficient bin bags for the duration of the stay - BBQ was very dirty, to the point that I didn’t even want to use a portion of it - Space under nearly all beds was very dirty, including old fruit and used tissues - Entire floor in downstairs area needed a good wet clean - Broken furniture - Light bulbs not working in some rooms; or even missing, which in a work environment would be considered an electrical hazard given in this instance it could easily be reached by a child - Walls and even TV had various tape marks, some holes in walls covered with a timber board

Positive: Property was huge and had everything we needed.
