Salt & Soul Beach Shack

Great location but lacking some attention to details eg cleaning. Positive: The location was good and close to the esplanade. They allowed early check in. Negative: Dishwasher wasn’t unpacked when we arrived. Sketchy neighbours. No garage or access to it and had to park in a spot next to a sketchy car. Two extension cords running across driveway to neighbouring premises. A big security directly looking at us. So many keys. No explanation on bin location. Floors unswept and dirt still left. Counters in kitchen weren’t wiped down and grime left in sink.

Positive: It was clean and comfy and cosy - coffee and tea supplies a nice touch for our short Esperance stay Negative: Parking arrangements a bit snug and not 100% clear

The stay was acceptable, but the initial cleanliness issues made the experience less enjoyable. Positive: The kitchen amenities were well-equipped and quite good, and the apartment also had Wi-Fi available. Negative: The apartment was smaller than expected and was not cleaned when we arrived. We had driven 600 km hoping to get some proper rest, but the place was messy and not ready for our stay. Although someone came a few hours later to clean it, the initial experience was disappointing and affected our overall stay.

Great for a short stay Positive: Good location, real estate was very quick to swap out the washing machine Negative: Neighbor was welding at 7:30pm
