Convenient location but needs more attention to facilities. Positive: Close to the town centre and shops. Negative: Various issues which we raised with the realtor, the tumble dryer left our clothes smelling dreadful, only by hanging outside to dry could we get rid of it. The kettle lid was broken when we arrived, this was dealt with promptly. There was no recycling bin, we were told to put our recycling in the rubbish bin. The shower head needed descaling or changing.

Comfortable Positive: Lots of space. Large kitchen and cooking facilities. Great washer / dryer. Comfortable beds. Extra blankets provided. Nice bath. Dishwasher. Good location. Nice and quiet. Negative: Heater only in kitchen / lounge. Broken / old furniture in bedrooms. Dried up old fruit under the couch. TV didn’t work. No wifi. Small kitchen table.

Positive: Close to town, close to the beach. House was great had all we needed. Negative: Same as most places in Espy, water pressure but still did what we required

Convenient, clean and great location. Negative: Not enough toilet paper for one week or bin bags it did not say that the house is joined to another by a door inside the house. The other person wasn’t home but if They had been we would hear them and vice versa. The lawn was really long and in need of a mow.

The accommodation was adequate for our needs and in a good location Positive: Cleanliness Negative: An Internet Connection
